Make Election Day (the Tuesday after the first Monday in November) a National Holiday.

Created by N.U. on August 27, 2014

Election Day should be a holiday. It is a right of all citizens to vote. Instead of having to meet closing time deadlines or take days off of work or school. To avoid having to wait hours in line to cast a vote, Election Day should be made into a national holiday.

It will allow everyone to celebrate our democracy and practice their civic duty of voting as a nation. On one accord.
