The American people need to petition for a Federal Voting Rights Law that empowers the Justice Department to investigate charges of election fraud and makes election fraud a federal offense. The petition should include federal penalties for tampering with voting machines, voter suppression, election board irregularities, and attempts to change state laws to affect a political outcome. In addition the petition should provide expeditious avenues between the Justice Department and the Federal Courts to resolve voter fraud.
