Make elections to the House of Representatives Democratic by means of a Constitutional Amendment banning Gerrymandering.

Created by R.K. on December 11, 2012

The POTUS should put forth immediately a Constitutional Amendment to the effect of the following, in order to make Democratic changes to the method of deciding the Districts for the election of members of the USHOR:

"It shall be that districts apportioned for the election of members of the House of Representatives be made randomly of equal portions not to exceed thirty thousand, of the population derived from the US Census. The shapes & sizes of said districts shall be designed to randomly apportion the populations in equal proportions, in order to more accurately reflect the Democratic will of the People.

Furthermore, candidates for each district will be now required to be residents of their district.

Districts will be adjusted after each Census, and be re-randomized after each third."
