make the electorial college county based instead of population based. 1 electorial vote = 1 county.

This description was based off of the last election. Majority of land area was won by the non-elected president. (Example: Maryland has 24 counties including Baltimore City, Obama won 5 of those counties...just five of 24 but all 10 electorial votes went to Obama) Does that equation at all seem fair to the citizens that live in a rural area. This equation speaks for most of the united states when you look at the electorial map. Is it fair that all you need to do is speak to large population cities and forget about the little guy to win an election. What happened to every vote counts. It takes a politician very little effort to please high population areas to win an election. Its now time to make the politicians earn their right to be in office not just give it to them.
