Make employers hire at least 25% of people who have a felony on there background so they can work insted of rob

We need to get felons off the street and back to work
the reason they rob and kill is because they have too much
time on there hands so they think of ways to make money when they could be at work not thinking about robbing other people for things they worked hard for....
