Ok I don't want to sound rude or racist but, I'm tired of being asked to press one for English every time I call a buisiness. Also, having to throw away at least three pages out of all of the mail that I recive because it is printed in both English and Spanish. Last I heard, this was America, not Spain or Mexico.
