If you go to any other country around the world you would need to know the language of that country. Currently in this country if you go to the DMV, the post office or any government agencies you will see everything in English or Spanish. I understand that the United States is a melting pot, but when you go to get your drivers license you can take a test in any language and every sign on the road is in English. Other countries have a certain language for there countries and english as a second language.
I propose that we have a constitutional amendment to have english as the official language of the United States of America.
