To create a recognized national language so we don't have to choose which language to hear or see our options in when trying to accomplish everyday tasks, such as banking, insurance, and the like. Why should we have to press "1" for English? We don't go to other countries and expect them to speak our language, we learn theirs!! The same should be true here!
