A law or Ammendment to the Constitution (preferred) needs to be passed making English the official language of the United States of America and include the following:
1. Potential new citizens must prove they are fluent in reading, writing and speaking English before they are able to be granted citisinship in the United States of America.
2. Make it illigal to post any signs in dual languages. All signs must be in English ONLY. Make it illigal to post signs in any Foreign language.
3. All publications, official Federal and State documents: ie drivers license application, social security application, etc. must be provided only in English.
4. All television, radio, satilite and cable channels must be in English ONLY. It will be against the law to have any programs in a Foreign language.
