This country was founded by English speakers. Our governing documents are written in English. Part of the naturalization process for becoming a citizen REQUIRES an English test! Enough with DMV tests in 30 different languages, enough with "press one for English", enough with schools catering to non-English speakers...ENOUGH!!! If you want to live in this country, and function well within it's society, then learn the language! We would have to learn the language if we moved to a foreign country! Time for the government to stop tip-toeing around this issue and make it official once and for all!!!
