After seeing the Coca-Cola commercial where "America the Beautiful" was sang in different languages, I was disgusted. This was not to show the diversity of this country, but rather to show that immigrants are taking over our country. We need to make English our country's official language and make very immigrant learn the great language I call my own. This would unite our country both socially and economically because it would make it easier to speak to one another if you knew the same language and all business would have to be done in English, therefore making for more smooth business transactions. We the people of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA want to be able to understand every conversation going on in our country.
