English is the key to opportunity in our great country. It empowers immigrants and makes all of us united as one.
Common sense says the government should teach people English rather than provide services in multiple languages. What would happen if our government had to provide services in all 322 languages spoken in the U.S.?
In many countries English is the dominant language used.
Ask yourself without an official language, how long will we remain the wonderful and respected United States?
In 1907, US President Theodore Roosevelt wrote, "We have room for but one language in this country, and that is the English language, for we intend to see that the crucible turns our people out as Americans, of American nationality, and not as dwellers in a polyglot boarding house".
