This would cause all official business with government agencies to be conducted in English. This is not to prevent the use of other languages for private or business communication in general. It would put the burden of learning English to communicate with the government on the citizens and not cause the expense of training personnel and publishing in other languages.
Customs, immigration and border operations would be an exception.
