America was formed in English and French law. It was set up in an English form of government and in every other country in the world if you go to their country you must speak their recognized language weather it is the Official or Unofficial recognized language of that country and if you do not speak it then you must have an interrupter.
This would also require both government and private business to recognize only English in voice mail and printed form and require employees within both government and private companies to only speak English on the job.
It would also require all drivers license, public schools and work places not be able to test teach or hire unless a person is well versed and fluid in the English language.
