Make "entitlement" payments only to those who have paid in to the system. Make any necessary cuts to those who have not.

The time has come for us to realize that everyone cannot possibly be supported by the US Government, I.e., the American taxpayer. There are far too many people depending on our Government to support them as well as their families. I sympathize with those folks who are having a rough time, but I often witness people spending "food stamp" money on things like candy & other junk food, and then driving away in an auto nicer than mine! NO welfare should be permanent! Nobody should be able to just lay back and have child after child and expect the American taxpayer to foot the bills. I am (we are) asking that the U.S. Government totally revise our current "entitlement" system and stop providing benefits to ADULT people who, first of all, have NOT earned them. LET THEIR FAMILIES SUPPORT THEM!
