I and many others like me are capable of functioning as human beings only because of Etoricoxib - a painkiller which selectively inhibits certain pain causing molecules at very low dosage, very high half life (mean I have to take less tablets), and without gastrointestinal side-effects.
Without Etoricoxib I experience periodic excruciating headache episodes which last for around 3-5 days.
Unfortunately Etoricoxib, and other coxibs are banned in the USA while being available in 70 countries worldwide.
I am not in the USA, and I do not plan to visit it or work there just because of the unavailability of this drug. However I am afraid that bureaucrats of other nations will engage in copycat legislation to ban Coxibs and thus ruin my life. Please do not let this happen.
