Members of the House of Representatives voted to cut 40 billion dollars from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program; a program that currently feeds 47 million people. This is American's most unproductive congress, and yet when they actually get something done, it tends to only worsen the conditions of Americans. It is time that we encourage adequate representation. This petition is to revoke all public and private pay of every government official, and make every politician and judge understand poverty. In order to serve, every politician and judge must live the lives of a majority of Americans before they can pass legislation.
