Make every public school in the United States of America start at least 1 hour later

For kids who drive to school they will be less drowsy. A lot of high schoolers face hours of homework and studying at night. Then get up at 5:30am shower and eat breakfast but then catch a 6:30am bus. Kids need 9 1/2 of sleep at night. Kids won't be late, focus better. Some kids don't even have time to eat a balanced breakfast but by getting up later they will now have the opportunity to eat breakfast. There's nothing worst then taking a test first thing in the morning. So by starting school later test scores will increase. With mandated standardized test kids have to again get up earlier to be wide awake for a test. And all the teachers even do is teach about the test. If you are up till 10:30-11:00 at nights with homework and after school sports all the times that will cause a problem.
