It is time to remind the police officers in this country that THEY work for US! After the videotaped criminal behavior of Officer Brian Encinia, there is no reason he should not be charged with assault and manslaughter for the death of Sandra Bland. We are seeing this too much, and I don't think video cameras are going to go anywhere. The cops need to know that WE ARE WATCHING THEM and conduct themselves accordingly. Brian Encinia should NOT be sitting at a desk. He should be behind bars like any other criminal.
