Make an exception to allow children to be able to have lemonade & other snacks sold at small stands.

Created by S.B. on June 12, 2015

Make an exception to laws requiring permits to open small snack stands for minors. This will allow children to learn about entrepreneurship through small sales such as lemonade stands, bake sales, and other homemade snacks. Forcing children to close their stands only serves to give a bad impression on being self employed and can be seen as a major dissuasion in future work related endeavors that they may have otherwise pursued had they not received an initial bad impression of it.
