This fear-mongering charade has gone on long enough.
Transgender people are in real danger, not the average citizen's children. The entire bathroom issue is a national distraction and a disgrace - the issue is not whether transgender people will hurt children in bathrooms (they won't, they just want to pee). The issue is that multiple organizations of conservative thinkers have drummed up a good boogeyman scenario in order to divide and conquer, distracting their less thoughful citizens into being scared over a non-issue. The reality of the situation is that trans people are now in much more danger than before, as these types of laws specifically target trans people in an effort to embarrass, demonize, and humiliate them, due to their differences. Please act & protect transgender people.
