Make an executive order requiring all states and to form a "well regulated militia" in order to own own firearms.

Require full understanding as well as implementation of the constitution and the 2nd amendment, to include the phrase " well regulated militia " as well as the phrase " right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." Require states to train citizens and regulate military style firearms as it relates to militia duty.
