The FDA is planning to effectively create a new prohibition on Electronic Cigarettes. It will destroy 99.9 percent of a 3 Billion dollar industry that provides thousands of jobs to small business owners. It will also give Big Tobacco a complete "win". Vaping is incredibly much safer than traditional cigarettes. It has saved countless lives and will continue to save them unless the FDA regulations are put into effect as they stand today. Traditional cigarettes will be back more than ever in the hands of quitters and non smokers alike. The FDA is effectively destroying public health and will potentially ruin many peoples' way of life. I ask that Congress take a stand on this issue and make the FDA reconsider their regulations. It will save lives!
