Make the Federal Government and all it's departments accountable under the law just like every day Americans

I am very frustrated with the current differences between the people and the departments of the federal government. looking at the IRS examples of lost emails, no one will get punished for this, if you or I did not have our documents during an audit, We would be punished beyond belief. there are two sets of rules and its wrong, when was the last time someone from the fed government has been charged with any crimes. You can read hundreds of news stories weekly of government people in charge, lying, stealing, sexual abuse, wasting our money etc, no one ever gets in trouble rather promoted or put into places where they can cause more harm and make more money? The excuses put out for explanation would never be accepted by the law enforcement for the every day American. there are 2 sets of laws
