To make a Federal Law in all states to punish those caught for removing,vandalizing any historical flags, statues, monuments,etc. be it the American Flag, Confederate flag,Tea party flags. min 5 yr sentence in prison. this is not only from parks. or public areas. but private aswell. we need to preserve our history.
