Please make federal law work protections for employees that have cancer before and after treatment.
1: Employers for two (2) years cannot layoff off ,fire ,or limit hours of employees that have cancer before or after treatment.
2: Employers for two (2) years cannot write up employees that have cancer before or after treatment from side effects due to treatment and chemo brain.
3:Employers have to accommodate employees that have cancer before or after treatment until they are fully recovered per there doctors notes
4:Cancer patients shall not pay state and federal income taxes of any kind during and after treatment , until he or she can work there normal shift hours per there doctors notes.
