Make a federal mandated death penalty explicitly for all Marijuana growers and distributors
Outlaw the growing of the Marijuana plant in all USA States and Territories as a Class A Felony punishable by the death penalty immediately as an act of terrorism as a traitor. Also do this for all ex-patriots that sell unlawful drugs and distribute unlawful prescription pharmaceuticals.
Ex-patriots and domestic enemies of our country grow and distribute Marijuana as a way to enslave our people to create addictions to unlawful substances. These are terrorists that sell poisons to our citizens killing them and often exploiting them for sexual slavery due to their addictions.
We should also outlaw Tobacco which is a known poison and causes cancer in our citizens.
