We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Make Federal student loan payment as a pre-tax deduction

Created by M.U. on July 10, 2016

It’s 2016 and Americans are more burdened by student loan debt than ever.

Americans owe nearly $1.3 trillion in student loan debt, spread out among about 43 million borrowers. In fact, the average Class of 2016 graduate has $37,172 in student loan debt, up six percent from last year.

Student loan payments is a big factor for shrinking of middle class and stagnation of millions of families.

Allow student loans to be made as pre-tax deduction so the borrowers can pay off their loans faster with higher portion of their income and be debt free.
