The wage system in the state of Missouri is divided into major sections that do not reflect the cost of living. The Ft. Leonard Wood area lies between Jefferson City and Kansas City which are both high pay grade area's but yet make serveral dollars an hour less then both of these areas, even though the cost of living is similiar to Jefferson City. We petition to even the pay in these locations and find a middle ground for the whole state of Missouri.
