Currently state's laws vary on punishment of Felony Animal Cruelty. Most however give the criminal only 6 months and up to 2 years for a punishment. That is NOT enough! What is currently happening is these people are getting out of jail and going right back to it.
We must make it more of a deterrent so this stops. There are those that are making animal snuff films and selling them underground. The ones who have actually been arrested and convicted have gotten out of jail and did it all over again.
We must speak for those who can not speak for themselves.
