Fennec Foxes act and are similar to dogs, as they are part of the Canidae family. California, however, bans all exotic animals. Even if they are from the Sahara Desert (And other places), they are still able to be taken care of, under the right conditions. I think that the foxes can be good pets, again, under the right conditions.
