making fire and police services able to have enlisted recruits sent for training in a boot camp military form. this would stop fire and police men and women from having to go out and find jobs for their valuable training they received in college. one would enlist into the national fire and police service. then be sent to a federal training center, then being issue their assigned job location.
why have young men and women go into a job force as needed as these pay for college then maybe get a job in their hometown.
