Bring America back by creating a stronger economy by creating a fair flat tax rate to start at fifteen percent. If there is a want to change the flat tax rate both the house and senate would have to get a majority vote only to lower the flat tax rate. This is to ensure the peolpe of america that government will never go over fifteen percent to keep our country competitive with the world.
