Implement a 20% flat tax law. All citizens, poor and rich pay 20% of income in one year. All citizens must file as an individual and not as a corporation or other non profit organization. Since the law would be simple, change the Internal Revenue Service to the Internal Revenue Collectors. Allow the government to seize property of those not abiding by the law.
