The United States of America is a sovereign nation which should not tolerate foreign nationals or it's own citizens from undermining it's sovereign identity or rights by flying the national flag of another country on U.S. soil.
The act of flying another countries flag is a symbol and an act of sedition and be subject to fines and imprisonment.
