Make the following reforms to the tax codes and policies of the United States

• Make illegal all offshoring of intellectual property produced by American citizens to tax havens to reduce tax liabilities.
• Reform the WTO to exclude countries that allow exploitation of workers, slave labor, refuse to maintain a workers bill of rights, and refuse to protect the environment. These countries should depending on their violations pay tariffs on a sliding scale of 1 to 50% of retail value on goods imported to the US.
• Criminalize offshore banking by US citizens and corporations to avoid paying taxes.
• Raise the income tax in the top tier to 70% as it was up through the Kennedy administration keeping the exemptions and deductions that encourage reinvestment in our economy intact and expanding on it to create new jobs.
