1. prohibit the exercise of any authority, giving orders, training, teaching and/or education by any woman personnel over any male personnel in the US military regardless of rank or position
2. permit any and all US military personnel and DOD civilians to be armed with loaded pistols, handguns, rifles, other small arms and/or shotguns at all times, off or on duty whether the weapons, open or concealed, and are personal property or military-issued
