People with Phenylketonuria (PKU) Have to have a special diet and have to have a special formula in order to ensure that there intellectual health , Mental health and Physical health is properly maintained so that they can function in Society and give back to Society in the form of jobs.
Some who have PKU are also in the low income bracket.
Special Foods which are specially developed so that People eat and maintain there health.
It is my understanding that the IRS does not list meals as tax exempt.
PKU Foods are not just meals, they are a medical diet prescribed by a Dietician in cooperation with a Doctor of the medical profession to help those with Phenylketonuria (PKU) keep and maintain a healthy life style.
