Make the footage of police dash and point of view cameras public property.

Created by A.R. on June 08, 2015

I have had a friend whom was killed in a car chase by an officer in Monona County, Iowa. His story changes when you ask him about the crash and the department refused to release the dash cam footage. My friend Hannah Stier I believe was being unlawfully chased by an officer until she had crashed which ended up made her car explode with no evidence to show what had happened. Please Obama Administration help us figure out what happened that 19th day of May in 2014 to help us find closure and prevent incidences like this in the future by denying police officers the ability to turn of their dash cameras, and having their dash cameras automatically upload to a secure database even as they are recording.
