We the people are tired of NFL commissioner Roger Goodell making the sport we love so dull and not American. America has always stood for toughness and that's what football is. From making clean hits illegal, to ruining kickoffs, to trying to get rid of the extra point, he is making football a joke. Football is a purely American sport, and as Americans, we want it to stay that way. If it means Roger Goodell has to stop doing things his way, so be it. It may be his league, but it's America's sport. The kickoff needs to be moved back, the extra point needs to stay, and penalties for hits should be based on the intentions of the hit, not how hard it was. Football is a hard-hitting game. The players signed up for it. If they don't want to get hit so hard, then they shouldn't play.
