Make foreign aid illegal until all U.S. debts are paid.

I prupose we pass a bill ending all foreign aid until we have eliminated all U.S. debt. We are in no position to just be giving money away to other countries, most of whom do not support us, while we are drowning in debt. We need to fix our own proplems first before we give another dime away to help other countries fix their problems. America first and when we are financially stable agian then start lending a helping hand agian.
