I would like to propose that Americans are allowed to work less days overall, therefore bringing down the number of hours to be considered "full time"! This would enable more people to be hired with full time benefits and create more overall jobs. It would also giving Americans more of a work/personal life balance which makes them better workers. This could be fulfilled by keeping the current 8 hour work day, in certain instances in sure the 4/10 schedule could remain as well.
