That both party's ( meaning mother and father) will split everything for the child 50-50. No more alienating of the no custodial parent. Split from time with child down to expenses for the child. This is for parents who have joint custody. Parents must share all needs and responsibilities with other parent. If one parent doesn't obey the rules there are stiffer penalties than are in place now. Both parents would split drive and dropping off of child or children.
