Make a full and fair audit of the 2016 Presidential Election and postpone the Electoral College Vote until completion

The CIA has shared a report of Russian interference with the 2016 Presidential Election in an effort to have Donald Trump elected. Republican leaders resisted a bipartisan call from the White House to make this knowledge public BEFORE the election, thus allowing the Russian interference to have its full effect. Rather than being made to accept the result as a fait accompli, the American people deserve to have a complete examination of the fairness of the election before the Electoral College meets and votes to put a candidate, who at this point is supposed to be Donald Trump, in office. We need a complete audit of the vote, a full investigation of the nature of Russian interference, and a postponement of the Electoral College Vote until this in completed.
