Our great nation has been plagued by domestic terrorism for years. We treat these terrorists as "potential threats" until such time as they have officially committed a crime. These groups plague our cities, towns and suburbs and are more responsible for deaths of Americans than is foreign war. Gang members are responsible for the sale of illegal guns, drugs and contribute to current human trafficing and slavery.
Gangs in our nation operate through fear, intimidation and the threat of serious bodily injury/death causing our citizens to live in terror. Gang wars to control drug territory and prostitution have caused a vast majority of our annual gun related deaths in America. Enact laws making gang membership an act of domestic terrorism and treat them accordingly.
