Make gangbanging a terrorist act.

Terror and Fear in our neighborhoods with no protection
So many children lost and terror on the home front
they continue to bring terror to our neighborhoods, killing innocent children police are little to no effect, and if they were to make this an act of terrorism then possibly it could curtail future kids from joining gangs. If gangbanging is made to be an act of terrorism then homeland security gets involved, and it is no longer just a criminal case, terrorist's have no rights under the constitution and therefore can be held with out a judge and jury, as the innocent people that have had their lives ended due to this gross injustice. Just to have the gangbanger walk on a technicality if they were even caught for the proper crime. What will you do for the people of this country.
