Kansas passed a law that legalized gay segregation, and other states are showing signs of following suit. Now, restaurants and businesses can refuse to serve gay people, they will lose all court privileges, and it will be a repeat of the African American segregation controversy. Political leaders worked incredibly hard to make African American segregation illegal. Do we really want to repeat that incident? Gays have rights too, just as much as anyone else, and by passing these laws, we are taking away their rights given to them at birth. This is not right, and is not in ANY WAY constitutional.
