The amount of people in the world who aren't aware of the difference between gender and sex, the amount of sexual and romantic orientations there are, the difference between sexual orientation and romantic orientation, and what nonbinary genders are, is ridiculous. What is even more ridiculous is the amount of persecution, bullying, and prejudice there is against people of trans and nonbinary genders along with people who are bisexual/homosexual/pansexual/asexual/etc.
If people were educated about these things in childhood, they could grow up to be more accepting people.
This would greatly lower the amount of ignorance on these subjects in America.
