Throughout America it is very common, and almost instinctive, to have your newborn boy circumcised. The main reason this happens (besides religious purposes), is because parents might think it is unclean to maintain an intact foreskin. Since the I move that the Obama Administration make this cosmetic procedure illegal to preform on an un-consenting child. If the child itself really wants a circumcision, they will be able to make that decision once they are old enough to understand the pros and cons. The exemption to this rule would be for those who have religious or cultural interference.
