Gerrymandering is getting ridiculous at this point and is only furthering the partisan divide in America. This petition is to take the power of drawing districts out of the hands of the elected and to instead give it to a non-partisan elected board representing ALL political parties. Be it Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Constitution, Green or any other that can have at least 1000 signatures. All district boards would meet at the capital of the nation for federal, state capital for capital and at digression of local leaders and to be made public.
This is so we can stop having the political lines be moved about to where a district can be as narrow as ten feet just to suit the needs of the elected.
